The TEC Conference is proud of the fact that so many dioceses support our efforts financially, and we are grateful for our supporting bishops.  Likewise we appreciate  the other individuals whose TEC experiences have led them to contribute toward sustaining the TEC Conference.

Our staff consists of a full-time executive director, a full-time administrative assistant and a part-time development assistant. The salaries are modest, and we consider ourselves to be good stewards of the funds we receive. Our Leadership Council and Leadership Team members meet twice per year, and most travel significant distances to do so. These dedicated men and women serve without compensation, providing their own travel expenses and lodging. There is even a fee for the meetings to cover the cost of the shared meals! Somehow each year with the help of God and the generosity of our supporters we manage to break even. However, we long for the kind of funding that would allow us to better assist TEC in getting established in new dioceses or helping centers that are experiencing difficulties. Sadly, there are no more active TEC Centers today than twenty years ago. 

Trained leadership is the key, and the TEC Conference has the history, the expertise, the experience, the official manual, and the willingness to expand the opportunities for leadership training. The stumbling block is the financing.
